Social & Events
During the season, members and their guests partake in a wide variety of social functions almost every Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Events include cocktails and hors d’ouvres on the decks of our clubhouses, early evening family events, our famous 4th of July Bike Parade, Annual Lobster Bisque, and multi-course gourmet dinners with live music in the main dining room of the Main Clubhouse. The social calendar is in full sail starting with our annual Memorial Day Weekend Commissioning and continues through the Change of Watch on Labor Day. For our Juniors, mark your calendars, bring your friends, and get ready for unforgettable summers of fun at Junior Social Night hosted on Wednesdays!
While the social calendar gives way to weddings, family affairs, and holiday party rentals from September through June, the club does reserve several Fridays and Saturdays each month for member functions, which include Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Super Bowl parties.
B by the Sea
Typically opened for dinner on Wednesdays, Thursdays, every other Friday and Sundays during the season, B by the Sea is a full fledged restaurant available to BBYC members and their guests.
Enjoy a casual dinner in the comfort of our cozy deck, overlooking the beautiful bay, while chatting with friends with views of the marina, boats on the bay, Thirsty Thursday Races and breathtaking sunsets!
Our talented chef’s prepared fresh foods, boasting local ingredients and seafood, and offer a wide variety of appetizers, sandwiches and main courses, including sea scallops, mahi mahi, halibut, ahi tuna, filet mignon and much more!
